Deposits for any puppy reservation are $200 and may be paid by cheque, cash, money order or
email transfer. If you wish to use your credit card, you may pay by Paypal. (A 3% transaction fee is
charged on Paypal payments).

PLEASE DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT BY ANY MEANS UNTIL WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH
YOU. Our puppies are sold to approved homes only, and are often reserved well in advance of
being born- any unapproved deposits will be sent back immediately. We do not sell puppies to
puppy mills, brokers, pet stores, or any individual who is not well-suited to a Lab.

The balance owing for all puppies is due at or prior to the time of pickup. If your puppy is being
shipped, payment, including all shipping charges, should be made in advance and MUST be
received prior to shipping. *** Personal cheques are not accepted for the final payment*** You
may pay by cash, certified cheque, money order, email transfer, or use your credit card via Paypal.
Please note that if you wish to use your credit card, you can not do so at the time of pickup as we
do not have a credit card machine here - you must do so in advance through Paypal only.  A 3%
transaction fee is added to Paypal payments. If you choose to pay this way, please let us know and
we will send you an email invoice for the proper amount.

TERMS: Deposits are considered non-refundable once a pregnancy is confirmed by ultrasound,
except in the case that no puppies are born matching your preferences. We do reserve the right
to return any deposit at any time. Puppy ownership is NOT transferred until your puppy is picked
up and paid for in full (except in the case of puppies staying for Headstart Training, see the
training contract for details).

Prices for puppies and other items do not include tax and are subject to 12% HST.

NSF Cheques will incur a $25 charge payable to Eromit Labrador Retrievers IN ADDITION to your
own bank charges.

No puppy will be released until the final balance owing is paid in full via the above accepted
methods. Payment for our Puppy Headstart Training program is due once the puppy turns 8 weeks
of age and is subject to the addition of taxes.
